10 days in Zatoka

The Home project is well on it's way and the first part is over. The group has gone from 13 teenagers to 7 and now the hard work to actually shape the final performance has begun. Madeléne Beckman, pedagogue of the Swedish Architecture and Design Centre is back in Sweden while Maline Casta who designed the set and the costumes is on her way. Nearly all rehearsals take place in the local theatre of Zatoka, a small town at the Black Sea coast some 20 km away from Bilgorod-Dnistrovsky. This means the teenagers have to take the bus every day to rehearse. The sea is visible from everywhere but there is seldom time to loiter at the beach.
